Orders must be paid in full before processing begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We ensure safe packaging and timely delivery. However, delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only issued in cases of damage during transit, supported by proof.

All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of Resinista by AnDi. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We are not liable for damage or loss of personal items sent for preservation if they are inherently fragile or deteriorated before arrival.
